• EBS reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Project Conditions

• Provide access to the property during scheduled work times

• Ensure the work area is reasonably clear and safe

• Notify EBS of any known hazards or special conditions

EBS is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

7. Unforeseen Conditions

Construction and rebuild work may uncover hidden issues such as:

• Water damage

• Mold

• Structural deficiencies

• Electrical or plumbing problems

EBS is not responsible for pre-existing conditions and will notify the client if additional work is required.

8. Warranties and Workmanship
